Averozaral™ specializes in premium home fragrance, including scented candles, reed diffusers, room and home fragrance products, and curated fragrance sets.

Product photography, lighting, screen settings and display calibration may affect perceived colors, finishes and other visual details.

Fragrance perception is subjective. The perceived intensity, character and development of a scent may vary depending on individual perception, room size, airflow, temperature, humidity and other environmental conditions.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that your order request has been received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.
• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
• Unavailable inventory.
• An obvious or material pricing or product-information error.
• Legal, regulatory or shipping restrictions.
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts and final order total.

By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Payment transactions may be processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and any necessary verification.

During holidays, promotional events or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are expected ranges and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after the refund has been issued.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. Return-shipping and original-shipping treatment depends on the reason for the return.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging and shipping label where appropriate.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return arrangement or other reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits or other conditions presented with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers. Discounts should be applied before checkout is completed.

Averozaral™ products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the product label, instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with the product.

Our products are intended primarily for home fragrance, decorative ambience and related household use. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.

Stop using a product if it appears damaged or if continued use would create an unreasonable safety concern.

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing or commercial resale should contact us before placing an order so that availability and applicable terms can be confirmed.

Purchasing products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official Averozaral™ distributor, agent, representative, partner or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.

The Averozaral™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, fragrance collection concepts, packaging concepts and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes. Store content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without permission except where applicable law permits such use.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, manufacture, imitate or commercially exploit Averozaral™ branding, protected creative assets or original design materials without authorization where applicable rights exist.
